Sue Saunders (Health and Nutrition Coach), Kate Evans (Personal trainer) and Rachael Richards (Yoga and Breathwork facilitator) will co-host this immersive and inspiring day workshop to empower you in your pre, peri and post-menopause journey.

In Japan, the word for menopause is "konenki"; This translates as "renewal: new purpose and growth". On our day together, we will share simple tools and essential tips to empower you in this positive time of transformation and thrive through whatever midlife changes you experience (as we are all beautifully unique).

Here is a rough outline of what the day will involve (with space in between to relax, journal and enjoy the beautiful setting):

9am: Arrive and settle with a cuppa.

Welcome and Introduction talk by Sue "Why is What I've Always Done Not Working Anymore?”

The answer lies in understanding the remarkable changes our bodies undergo during midlife. This pivotal stage brings about marked shifts in our physiology which means previous diet and exercise routines may not yield the same results. This is why we need to re-evaluate our health and fitness protocols.

Time to learn through movement! After an energising breathwork session with Rachael, we will move into the gym to learn the ‘why’ from Sue and the ‘how’ from Kate in this workout demo and class designed specifically to give busy women most bang for buck in managing weight and staying healthy throughout midlife. [Spoiler alert: most women are doing the opposite of what actually works which is why they are not getting the results they want!]

Lunch: A nutritional powerhouse of plant-based joy from 'Feed me Momma' designed for maximum body and soul benefit!

Nutrition talk – “What the heck should I eat?!” With so much conflicting information out there, it is easy to feel confused and overwhelmed. Sue will bust some myths and give you clear, science-based advice on what to eat to support your body through pre, peri and post-menopause.

The Gifts of Midlife - Q&A, discussion and reflection and on what we've learned. A chance to ask questions and share your own unique experience and insights.

Slow Down: How to help clear the brain fog, improve your sleep and manage stress. A nourishing and restorative Yin Yoga, breathwork and meditation practice with Rachael.

4pm: Head home feeling empowered, energised and inspired!
