You may have noticed that what works for others, doesn't always work for you when it comes to health and fitness.

That's because you have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. The one-size-fits all approach doesn't work, especially as you get older and your body changes. This is where health coaching can make all the difference.

Health coaching isn’t about one diet or one way of living. A health coach focuses on personalising health, working collaboratively with you to find out exactly what works for you.

How does it work?
​
I take a detailed health history, examining what you eat, how you move, sleep, interact with the environment, cope with stress and more. This gives me a unique overview and insight into your life which enables me to recognise and address the root causes of any symptoms you're experiencing.

From there we work together in our coaching sessions to find achievable ways for you to make improvements, step by step. We look at what has stopped you achieving your health goals in the past and find ways to remove those barriers.
I am trained in nutrition, fitness, physiology, behaviour change and motivational strategies, so I will provide support, advice, tips and tools to help you achieve your health goals. Ultimately, however, health coaching is about empowering you with the knowledge and confidence to take control of your own health in the future and make lasting and sustainable change.
